A parent or guardian of each College Forward student must attend one Saturday “College/Universidad 101” workshop. This interactive program combines a college visit with classroom instruction designed to give parents tools to ensure their students’ success. Classes will be offered in English or Spanish, and will include topics such as:

What kind of college is best for my student? How do I communicate with university personnel? How will we pay for college? How can I support my student’s dreams? What can I do to help my student be successful?
